The Grants & Special Projects Division makes recommendations of non-profit arts grants from the former year’s Festival profits, documents the Festival through photography, and maintains an on-going relationship with other partners.

Historical
The chair collects copies, publicity items, and memorabilia from each committee & from the media (clip newspaper articles) for preservation. The chair pursues historical aspects of the first ADO Festival Carnival & develops ways this information can be used to promote the present festival (coordinating with appropriate committees). The chair oversees the photographing of all aspects of the festival to chronicle that year's events and gives a retrospective slide program at the end of the year picnic.
