Poster Graphics
This chairperson publicizes the poster contest, edits, prints, and mails the contest entry forms, receives and screens the entries then presents the finalists to the Board for selection of the winner. The chair arranges the display of the entries and arranges for non-winning entries to be picked up. The chair supervises the printing, packaging, and distribution of the posters and postcards as well as helping with the raffle of the original artwork. If the artist is available, the chair arranges for personally autographed posters for ADO Festival personnel and the public
